Our beautiful bell tents are set next to our central Safari Tent. The tent is for exclusive use by our tent guests to do their cooking and relaxing. It has cookers, fridges, comfy sofas and armchairs and much more.

Safari TentHighway Hill offers a very modern approach to camping and one which we’re sure will leave you coming back for more. Our spacious canvas Bell Tents are beautifully designed, with air vents & insect screens. Gone are those cramped, damp conditions, wrinkled groundsheets and flapping flysheets!
Our two tents will sleep up to four people comfortably (a double and two single futons) which can be folded up when not in use for additional space. Decoration includes quality cotton bed linen, soft, sumptuous cushions and thick rugs, keeping you cosy whatever the weather. In addition, we’ve included our own personal touches: vintage trunks for storage, colourful throws, fairy lights and bunting: a truly magical experience for both adults and children, or couples who want a restful and relaxing romantic retreat.
Highway Hill’s Bell Tents are surrounded by fields, woods and Wiltshire’s famous rolling down land; what better way to end the day than enjoying a barbeque while watching the setting sun and soaking up the atmosphere before slipping into bed with the comforting glow of the campfire just a short (but safe!) distance away. We think you’ll feel like you’re sleeping in the very arms of nature as you drift off into a perfectly relaxing, restful night’s sleep…
PRICING
Our Bell Tents offer a variety of lovely touches that make it a welcoming, comfortable, and an overall special experience. Our Annabel and Isabel tents can sleep up to four people, so are ideal for families or groups of friends. Included in your Bell Tent booking is access to our luxurious Safari Tent, which is fully equipped with kitchen facilities and tables, four large comfy sofas, and a lovely wood burner to keep you warm on chilly nights. As our Bell Tents do not have cooking facilities, The Safari Tent is the perfect place to cook and eat your meals, play board games, and stay toasty. There is a toilet/shower hut facility a short walk from the huts that you will pass when you first enter the gated accommodation field.
CATERING
Don’t fancy cooking during your stay with us? All guests can pre order delicious, home-cooked meals directly with local caterers. Offering nutritious and hearty meals with plenty of vegetarian and meat options available, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxing getaway without worrying about food preparation. “The peacefulness, open space and simple yet with all the essentials [was the best thing about our stay]. We have loved the children playing and exploring without any of the modern uses (TVs/iPads) and we had fun playing with them – which gets forgotten. How it works

These indicate the check-in and check-out days (Fridays and Mondays). For example, you can book a Friday to a Monday, a Monday to a Friday and for longer periods of course.

- After entering the total number of guests, Click the BOOK NOW Button. A new webpage will open.
- Verify child guest ages (if applicable). Now you can begin to allocate guests to huts or tents (if applicable).
